UNI EN 14181: from standard to practice, managing the CEMS with precision and confidence.
Training Course on UNI EN 14181:2015
The UNI EN 14181:2015 standard defines the quality control requirements for Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (Automated Measurement Systems – AMS) to ensure that measurement uncertainties comply with national legislation or, more broadly, the requirements set by competent authorities.
To achieve this, the standard establishes three quality assurance levels (QAL1, QAL2, QAL3) and an annual surveillance test (AST – Annual Surveillance Test) to be performed between two consecutive QAL2 verifications. These levels allow the system to be validated from supply to field operation, ensuring the quality and reliability of data provided by the CEMS.
The course aims to provide comprehensive training on applying UNI EN 14181, enabling participants to correctly implement the required procedures and structure CEMS management activities in full compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
