UNI EN 17255: from standard to operational management of CEMS data.
Training Course on UNI EN 17255
Measurement and emissions monitoring systems are now considered essential tools for industrial development that respects sustainability principles and environmental protection.
The UNI EN 17255 standard specifies performance requirements for Data Acquisition and Handling Systems (DAHS), known in Italy as SAD (Sistemi di Acquisizione e Diagnostica delle emissioni). The standard addresses multiple aspects of data acquisition, validation, and processing, including data storage, report generation, data security, and required documentation, in compliance with UNI EN 14181:2015 and relevant legislation, such as the IED and E-PRTR Directives.
Furthermore, the standard establishes specific procedures for system testing, verification, and continuous management once the system is installed.
Course Objective
To provide a foundational understanding of UNI EN 17255, offering a general and operational overview to enable participants to manage the system in compliance with current regulations and according to best practices for data management.
